Processing Time

All Free Bird Racing orders are packed with care and intention.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer - thank you for your patience and support of a small, independently owned business.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We work hard to keep shipping as fair and transparent as possible while ensuring your items arrive safely.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We currently ship within the United States.
Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier delays.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select destinations.
Please note that customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Free Bird Racing is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with your local carrier or neighbors first.
